The Intention Seeker is my signature coaching package for individuals who feel stuck living a life that no longer serves them and need help rediscovering themselves. Through guided 1-1 coaching sessions, we’ll transform challenges into opportunities for growth and redesign your life with a practical roadmap that reimagines routine and boosts self-compassion.

We’ll start by defining the strengths, qualities and core values that nourish you before looking at how you can honour them day-to-day. In reclaiming your sense of self, you’ll be able to visualise the dreams you’d like to make a reality and use these visions to sustain the soulful work we do together. 

You’ll be encouraged to step outside of your comfort zone, shift your perspectives and be more conscious of your thoughts and the influence they can have on your wellbeing. We’ll challenge any limiting beliefs that arise as you adapt to new ways of thinking and develop supportive strategies to prevent any self-destructive behaviours from standing in your way.  

By the end of our sessions, you’ll have grown more confident in your decision-making abilities, developed a strong sense of purpose, and empowered yourself to make meaningful change.
